Once you’ve scheduled your call, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including a Google Meet link to join the meeting. During the call, we’ll discuss your business needs, gather information to build your AI Employee, and give you a brief demo of how the system works.

Do I need to prepare anything for the call?

It’s helpful to have an overview of your current business processes and goals. Think about tasks you’d like to automate, such as answering calls, booking appointments, or following up with leads. If you have specific questions or challenges, jot them down to discuss during the call.

Will I need to fill out additional forms after the call?

Yes, after the call, we’ll send you a short form to collect detailed information about your business. This ensures we can fully customize your AI Employee to suit your specific needs.

What if I need to reschedule my call?

No problem! Your confirmation email includes a link to reschedule your call. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

What if I decide not to move forward after the call?

There’s no obligation to continue. If you decide the AI Employee isn’t the right fit for your business, you can cancel without any hidden fees or commitments. We’re confident you’ll see the value, but the choice is entirely yours.

How technical do I need to be?
